Washing after printing or dyeing

This machine is applied to chemical fiber rope fabric for dehydration,detwisting and washing. And also can be used as open width for washing after dyeing as well as washing after printing.

2、Washing part, in order to let fabric be washed fully clean, we adopt oscillation water flow and strong spray water.

4、Open width washing process after dyeing compared with traditional process, it can save water at least 70%, save manpower greatly, and decrease the discharge of sewage.
5、Detwisting open width washing machine was already put into use for many years, maximum production speed can reach to 70m/min, water consumption 0.6t/h.
6、Dehydration squeezer with acid and caustic soda instead of rope dehydration machine.
7、Whole set stainless steel frame, prolong the usage life.
8、Double oscillation rolling drum and strong spray water can reduce the use of chemical solvent.
